• The human energy field - aura's and chakra's
• Energy clearing - methods and intention
• Meditation and visualization techniques
• The three pillars as taught by Dr. Usui
• Hand positions for self treatment
• Hand positions for treating others
• Reiki I attunement
• Hands on experience
• Class materials and Reiki Level I certificate will be awarded on completion of course.

Preparing for Attunements: It is recommended that before the class you eliminate caffeine, alcohol, minimize or stop eating sweets, cut back or eliminate smoking, and do not eat meat. Reduce or eliminate television, radio and reading the newspaper. You should meditate one-half to one hour per day or spend time in silence, go for walks, spend time in nature, get some exercise, release anger, fear, jealousy, hatred, worry and envy, read material that is uplifting and inspiring. All this will enhance your experience of the attunement.

• The Reiki II symbols - knowledge and implementation
• Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
• Techniques of energy scanning and beaming
• Distance technique
• Reiki Level II Attunement
• Hands on experience

Class materials and Reiki Level II certificate will be awarded on completion of course.

Reiki I & II
This 20 hour course combines the two levels within a one weekend format which allows participants the opportunity to progress at a faster rate. All of the above essentials will be covered.

Reiki ART (Advanced)

Prerequisite: Must have successfully completed
Reiki I & II

• Introduction of the master symbol and their usage
• Using crystals and sacred symbols
• Continuous distance healing
• Reiki meditation for strengthening mind and expanding ones consciousness
• Use of Reiki for reaching goals in everyday life
• Reiki aura clearing
• Advanced Reiki attunement

Class materials and Advanced Reiki certificate will be awarded on completion of course.

Advanced Reiki

Prerequisite: Must have successfully completed

• Tibetan symbols and their abilities
• Healing attunement
• Advanced Reiki meditations to harmonize the energy of the chakra's
• Instructional on how to do all Reiki attunement including the master
• Ethics and spiritual awareness of a true Reiki Master
• Usui / Tibetan Master attunement

Class materials and Usui / Tibetan Master Reiki certificate will be awarded on completion of course.

Reiki Kids & Toddlers

Reiki Toddlers for children ages 4 to 6
Reiki Kids for children ages 7 to 13

Introducing Reiki and the young is a great way to bring out the magic on Earth. This program is designed for children that march to their own beat and hear the sounds and feelings of all. These young ones are manifest on this planet as teachers, guides and leaders and bringing Reiki to them enables clarity and validation of their inherent abilities. An attunement is offered during this workshop, the acceptance of which is entirely up to the child. The emphasis is placed on experiencing Reiki and putting words and feelings to this experience through art, movement and sound. The workshop is conducted in a child friendly environment children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be creative work and physical play, as such comfortable clothes are essential. Snacks and refreshments will be made available, please inform us well in advance of any allergies.
